today morning till 6.. went to gym after that.. shall not talk about work.. NO MOOD lo..
gym today was damn shag.. 30 each side for dumb bell bench press.. then worse.. bicep exercise is like doing circuit.. 15kg each side 12 rep less than a min rest 12.5kg each side 15 rep less than a min rest 10kg each side 20 rep then after that less than a min bicep curl.. 10 12.5 15 each side.. 12 10 8 reps.. wha i really perspire like hell.. guess next time i'll use this schedule ba.. haha.. i think like that then will grow.. aiya enough bout this.. tomorrow going to see car show.. haha.. after that gym again.. tomorrow off..haha.. anyway guess thats all.. oh ya.. actually today wanted to go MOS de... friend got the VIP tix.. he say what can don't need to queue.. then after gym go i think its madness lo.. cause after gym metabolism rate increased.. then you go there drink.. sure get drunk easily de lo.. haha.. so in the end never go.. the other reason is.. it will be very crowded.. nightx...
